Dubbed MacBook Air, the laptop is 19.4mm at its thickest and weighs 1.36kg. By comparison, one of the latest models from competitor Dell is 32mm and tips the scales at 2.45kg. Priced at $2499, the MacBook Air will be available in February from Apple stores and its website, Apple Australia spokesman John Marx said. Apple unveiled the MacBook Air at the company's annual conference, Macworld, in San Francisco.
